The hotel was lovely and the staff excellent. Yes, the bathrooms are not perfect but one can overlook that just being in the Galapagos. We had several meals at the restaurant and all were delicious. The atmosphere and grounds were quite adorable. all staff encountered were friendly, and helpful. the location was absolutely prime for visiting puerto ayora, or getting to the dock.
