  The hotel was really nice for the price you pay. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and sheets as well. The stuff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, especially Frank, just make sure you ask someone who speaks English. They even gave us a "courtesy room" to take a shower there on the day we had to leave, cuz our flight was way after ch... what people say » eck-out time.   I plan this trip to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday, upon arrival we were given champagne as we awaited our butler Rudy. Rudy was amazing he showed us around the hotel and all they have to offer. Our room had a banner on the door stating "Happy Birthday" which my girlfriend loved. Oh and waiters always replace your drinks when - The food and the staff are great!!! The location is fantastic and all the additional amenties in the "Club" are a great bonus.   The place is amazing. I stayed at the Royal Service room. You pay a bit more for the room but get private beach and first class services. The team is perfect.
