  Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Superbly comfy bed, lovely room layout, fully-opening windows. Wonderful breakfasts - they even produced home-baked gluten-free bread at no notice. Fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, and handy for Norreport station and market. Perfectly sums up Danish "hygge" - cosy, homely and relaxed... what people say » . Wonderful! - The staff was very helpful. The hotel is not very close to city center but bus stop is only 2 min away and metro stop is about 10 min away and there are available connections to any part of the city. Although it is considered as multi-ethnic, we did not encounter any problems with the neighborhood. Breakfast was had not so many options but was ok.

  The reception desk/check in was very good. The asian girl there was fabulous. Cleaning and service at my room was very good. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location in town. Short way to København H, Tivoli and Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Bus and taxi just outside the hotel. - Good location, great staff.

This hotel is very modern and super clean - like the cleanest hotel room i can remember staying in. The facilities were basic, but truly all that we needed during our two night stay in Copenhagen.   All aspects were excellent - It was convenient in that it was only a short walking distance from the Copenhagen metro that went into the city center and also the one that went to and from the airportl.

  Im into location so i find the hostel very convenient as it is near the central terminal, which direct us to the airport. The room is neat but be careful with your window as it is accesible outside and might get in to rob you, always close when you are sleep and outside. Love the breakfast but a bit bland.   I had a delayed flight to Copenhagen of 12 hours. so I missed my return flight from Copenhagen, and my next flight was after 3 days. so I booked this hotel from the airport. the staff was nice and helpful, they understood the situation. they had allowed me an early check in, and also a late check out (if the next guest programmed for the room do... what people say » n't show up early). nice location, in the centre, near the central station. I didn't used any transport to visit Copenhagen. there is a main kitchen, - I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed.

  This is a newer, modern and very busy place with lots of activities for the younger children. Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot. About 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and additional 5 min to old town. Breakfast (include... what people say » d in our rate) was excellent with plenty of choices. Parking was a bit expensive but I understand it's standard for Copenhagen. - Super sky bar with swing seats so you can take in the view across the river -the children absolutely loved that. The restaurant up there is a Sushi restaurant which was great and we enjoyed some grown up cocktails too!
