The castle has beautiful interior and the setting by a small lake is lovely. Living quarters in annexes are comfortable and spacious. There is a swimming pool. Within about 15 minutes by car from the ferry in Helsingor. Great boutique hotel, beautifully situated, very peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, good restaurant, one of the best breakfasts I have had. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers fine dining options with its French/international kitchen. Served here are three-course dinner menus that are changed every day and influenced by seasonal ingredients. There is also the Manor Menu, which is a two-course dinner prepared with the freshest produce and ingredients purchased, whenever possible, from local suppliers. Complementing the cuisine is a carefully selected range of quality wines.

Dinner and lunch can be enjoyed in one of the dining halls. The central dining room is decorated with paintings of a famous Danish painter depicting the Garden of Eden.

During summer, the terrace is open for drinks, lunch and dinner.

Important information to guests

Guests arriving later than 16:00 are kindly requested to contact the reception before arrival. The check-out time during weekends is until 11:00. Guests wishing to dine at the restaurant are advised to make a reservation prior to arrival. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays.
