I liked the comfort of the bed. I liked the pool and the tea facilities provided. The location is great, not far from a big shopping mall with lots of eat outlets.
One particular staff who served breakfast was very impolite and discourteous. He should be taught to be couteous to customers no matter how bad a day he is having.
This is a newer, modern and very busy place with lots of activities for the younger children. Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot. About 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and additional 5 min to old town. Breakfast (included in our rate) was excellent with plenty of choices. Parking was a bit expensive but I understand it's standard for Copenhagen.
Room cleanness left a bit to desire with lots of dust around vent areas (by the ceiling), someone's hair in the bathroom and left overs from other travellers under the bed and pull-out sofa.
The room we got was too small for three people and smaller than what was shown on their web-site

pull out couch for the kids was very uncomfortable. Location was just a little but out of the city centre. Not too bad if you are aware of that.

The location was perfect for me, attending a conference in the same building.
The staff was a bit stressed at reception and my pre-ordered taxi didn't arrive. It is a large hotel with long corridors, i.e. not small and cosy.

Too far from copenhagen central. I know its only 15 mins walk but we thought it was closer to the centre itself. A bit pricey for the location.

Super sky bar with swing seats so you can take in the view across the river -the children absolutely loved that. The restaurant up there is a Sushi restaurant which was great and we enjoyed some grown up cocktails too!
Loved the room, location and the swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. Cot and blankets were really nice. Very comfortable beds.
Upgraded to Junior Suite - Lounge facilities weren't great. Air conditioning in room was a little cold.

The hotel was clean, more contemporary design and staff was helpful.
Hotel located beyond activities of city center. Given the location and basic amenities it is not a good value.

The room was clean although a bit tired, location was good for my business meeting, but not ideal if I'd had stayed there for pleasure. I rated value for money poorly because overall Copenhagen is outrageously pricy. The sushi place on top floor was lovely.

I Think the room was a little too small for 3 grown up people. The extra bed was not very good to sleep on ( I slept very bad and wake up with pain, and had to ask for an extra mattres the other night.) I had ordered a room with breakfast, but had to pay breakfast outside of.This was not noticed. Disappointment!!
The breakfast was so delicious.
Don't cleaning the room, the water stays in the bathroom, and we must say it at least twice in the reception. There is a builder machine in front of the window, and it is very very loud from 6 a.m. We didn't drink anything from the minibar, but their system didn't get back our blocked money to our account.. The waiters of restaurant on the 2nd floor is awful, we waited a cup of coffee 1 hour.
