A perfect distance to train and my meeting venue. Fancy new bath at my room.

A bit 'old fashion' in parts of the hotel. Corridors need an upgrading. Small room. I had a double room for singel use but the size was small even when you´re alone.

The very clean modern room and the fantastic location! Others complain about the old elevators. Yes, they are old but I did not have a sense that they were unsafe.

The chimes going off every quarter hour throughout most of the day.

Altough we arrived at 10.30 the reception allowed us to check in. All the reception staff was totally exeptional well trained, with a professional customer friendly attitude. The room was well equipped, and the location is just fantastic.

The location is excekllent, close to city-hall and markets and eating places. The sea front is also within walking distance.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has excellent selection of food for all palettes. Evening menu very good and great value for money. Room spacious, clean with a large bathroom. Will return and certainly recommend to others.

Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience was amazing

Extra bed was terrible! Only a few hours sleeping made me severe lumber pain!

I liked the great location and the historic building. It is not exactly cheap, but compared to other hotels in Copenhagen, it offers quite a good value

Excellent location, excelent view from rooms on front side of hotel overlooking main square of copenhagen. Very comfortable beds.

Very expensive on two of the four days we stayed when Copenhagen seemed fully booked. In other words, variable pricing depending on whether fully booked or not.

The location and the building are the mos oleasant to me.

I had a problem in my checking out ( they charged 3 times the price in my VISA card ) still don´t solved ,even I sent them and email yesterday claiming for this. I´d beg your helping in this matter.

Excellent location and can easily be reached from airport by metro. Right in front of Tivoli. Design and cleanliness of hotel are good. Nice rainshower and good size rooms. We had room at the backside and there it was quiet. Good value for money

Wifi was sometimes not connecting. Breakfast was chaotic and very long qeues for coffee, only 1 coffee machine for all the guest. This was frustrating. For price you pay, breakfast should be more extensive

It was a lovely old hotel that has been kept up and modernized. Enjoyed my short stay there.

It was not near the things we wanted to see but we found bus and tram transportation.

Hotel`s location was very good.Close to the main shopping street.Besides Rathaus square is very romantic palce.

We liked the Rathaus clock very much but we didn`t like that they bit till midnight and we could listen to it through our closed windows.

Fabulous location. Although the hotel is situated at the City Hall Square there is hardly any noise apart from the city hall bells toling every 15 minutes, but it is not disturbing. Spacious room. Definately value for money.

We had to wait a long time at the reception desk upon our arrival, as we had been given a single room instead of the double room which was on our booking confirmation. The staff was friendly enough, but it took time to make the adequate changes in the hotel's booking system.

Perfect location close to Tivoli and main shopping street. Comfy room. Good shower.

Breakfast was disappoibting for Copenhagen. Bread was either stale or very cold inside procing it was frozen. Shame for a city like Copenhagen that has the best bread in the world. Coffee machine made non tasting coffee. Few Danish specialities on offer. Messy surroundings and too few people to clean tables left long queue of waiting guests. Could not be bothered to eat there again. Walk around the corner and get much better food at lower price.

Huge rooms with a modern look.Hotell just at the startingpoint of Strøget.

Carpets in the hallways needs a steamcleaning...And new wallpaint and styling would make it more cozy and stylish.

The location was perfect.

We stayed two nights, they didn't clean our room. We had to call down twice to get some clean towels for the second day. Their front entrance has a two inch rise which they carpeted over, making it a hazard that is difficult to see.. My wife tripped and fell, striking her head on the concrete.

We complained 2times about the water from shower that hardly came out and about lamp near the bed that was missing and nothing !! Was done with this problems and nobody put any attention to our complains!! Very disappointed !! Is that a 5 stars hotel?? No!!!!

the best thing of the hotel are the bilds and nice painting around...

I have been left with no electricity for a whole day. the stuff looks really unprofessional, they said they were going to fix it, but I have been a all day with no light. then entering in the night in the hotel, it was about 3 o clock, the men at the concierge, very unpollite men, in a very rude way asked me if I was somebody sleeping from outside in the hotel. VERY STUPID. Stuff treat their customers really bad.

Location wise this hotel is hard to beat..

Felt a bit "old". That included the bed sheets that felt as if a new purchase by the hotel was way overdue.. Not 100% clean room either. Other than that, a fully decent hotel in a great location.
