we had a quiet room, as we asked for.
HOTEL: Ideal local in case you would like to make use of the train, it's just next to the central station.The personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich, lot's of choice. The Italian Restaurant in the hotel offeres great food and wines. ROOM: The size of the room was ok. Room was equiped with wireless Internet access (free of charge).
The shower was very little and the furniture was outdated, however, it was clean.

This hotel definitely does not provide a comfort of a 4-start hotel - at least not with a single room I had. Both the room and bathroom were very small and shabby.
Beds where very comfortable,nice and cosy atmosphere, very helpfulstaff, central location, very close to touristic sights
Rooms are not very well isolated so you could hear very clearly thenoise from the room upstairs, the shower was not attached to the wall soit fell on my head while I was having a shower, when we arrived thesecond night the door of the room was open and all the lights were onand we asked at the front desk and they did not know why

The superior room given was super small however was moved upon request.Very noisy if in a front room, the fridge did not work and hotelinformation in your room compenduim does not match the facts

Qyuality of accomodation was poor for four star hotel. We booked a superior room which was well below the standard we would have experienced in the past. I would arte the rooms as 2.5 star
