Very good price. Excellent location, 5 mins from shopping, city centre etc. Free breakfast. Free internet. Good shower. Very comfortable beds if you like them a little on the soft side, which I do. Very friendly, helpful staff. close to centre, walking distance to railway station wireles acces funtions well , breakfast ok,. Very Central and easy to get to from the airport.

Good considering the prices in Copenhagen. it was a surprise to me that I had to pay for the internet access (it was not a lot by the way),. Surprised by long walk from elevator to room. I havent time to learn but would be good to easy get some basic staff if that time to time you may miss, li9ke for example toothbrush. No "real shampoo or soap" in the bathroom, some kind of combination handsoap instead which did not seem shampoo / bath soap. We got soap and shampoo at the nearest supermarket ourselves. Also, no washcloths, we'll bring those ourselves next time.the desk in the room had a tv on it, no place to work if i did not lift the tv away. The street it is on is a bit seedy. Would not have liked to walk to it on my own late at night.Not so friendly staff. No aircondition and we asked for a room far from the street (noicy withstrip clubs) but got one on the ground floor... Didn't sleep at nightcause it was so hot, no air to breathe and very noisy outside and alsoin the hotel, people screaming and running, throwing doors...Some bathrooms are a bit old. Nearby the hotel there are a lot of night clubs. As you may imagine it tends to be quite "loudy" during the night . It would be great if you set an announce about this on your webpage or try to fix it with the staff at the hotel. The bathroom/ toilet was not as well lit or clean as we would have expected in Scandinavia. Clearly in need of refurbishment. The room was smoking, even though non-smoking. No phone menu on oraround phone (how do I call reception).very noisy if the room is facing the street. The good thing is the hotel is willing to change room for us. Self-service laundry machines, information about the area and places to see (staff seemed not to know a lot and was not eager to assisit). the bed is very small, no tooth paste and tooth brush. Noisy. Close to red light area and drunks at night.long lines for consierge service. The facilities and room arrangement inside the room are not good.There was some problem with the hotel's computer system. I booked a room electronically on August 10, but next day (after 16 hours later) when I arrived at the hotel and told the staff member my confirmation number, I was told there was no record of my book in the hotel's computer system. No hot water in the morning! Had to take a cold shower.the noise coming from the street during night and the terribly uncomfortable beds. Differcult to park, and expensive.The decoration of the hotel and the smell of the rooms. Very over priced. And you pay for the breakfast but when you get down to the breakfast at9 am its all is gone. We think you will get a respons from the staf butyou dont. I will not rekomend this hotel to my worst enemy. Staff were very dismissive, would not let us check in any earlier than1500 no mattter what our circumstances, mould in the bathroom, would notrecommend Copenhagen considering the prices compared with other Europeancities, not a good hotel at all, very disappointed all around.
