Very friendly and helping sttaff, room well equipped for the hostel. Excellent for families with little ones! The supermarket is nearby and open long hours. Big room for two. Very close to Legoland and Lalandia Aquadome. Hotels own nice park for 10 years old boys activities. We did like everything, fantastic apartment, breakfast, big and nice territory, LEGOLAND and Lalandia were very close.

Hotels information book didn't tell anything about shopping facilities in Lalandia or Billund in general. No information how to get center of Billund (direction, distance, public transportation). That we couldn´t stay longer:). The restaurant if you wanted to eat there in the evening it was expensive for what it was. price vs. quality. No refrigerator and local shop isn't very good. While being a hostel, room rates are rather high therefore we expected a bit more of the place. Breakfast is very poor. Dinner buffet is better however is not served everyday. Rooms were never cleaned. Poor choice of TV channels. Not so many Lego facilities for kids as we expected. The stuff at the restaurant is not really friedly. Also there is a very poor breakfast. staff at check in was not very polite or engaged or helpful. breakfast was over priced for what it offered. i went through 4 dirty plates to find one clean one. i had to ask 3 times to get the internet to work. buffet area was 'cold', not 'hyggelig'. On arrival we were told that there had been a mistake in the reservation system and we had paid less than we should, although in the end they did honour the rate. There was also a problem with parking which they promised to sort out but never did. They also didn't respond to queries by e-mail. I would be reluctant to stay here again.
