The friendly personell, who were prepared to serve us (and our dog) dinner on the terrace at 10 p.m. with a relaxed smile and friendly suggestions. We then slept through the night, and had breakfast on the same terrace, all cleared up after the thunder storm during the night. Lovely location on the port of Bandholm. Old mansion style main house with cosy, very feminine interior design in pale hues. Didn't try the restaurant. Nice tent bar on the lawn in front of the house with view over the sea.

The is a lof left to wish for regarding the breakfast and they don't have a meny card for the eveningdinner. There is not mentioned anywhere on their webbsite that they don't serve alcohol in the restaurang. The shower room although clean it was basic and cheap giving a wrong impression of what is otherwise an excellent hotel.
