The friendly staff who is really professional and service oriented. Facilities are good and it has all you need, including a clean and operational kitchen and washing machine. The gentleman is kind enough to let me leave my luggage in one lockable room (guest checking in midnight) so I could travel in the city in the afternoon and take my luggage

the apartment is really amazingly designed and well-maintained, contains all the things you need. It is elegant, cozy and clean. The location is perfect, just next to the Wallenstein Garden, one of my favorite in Prague. Also the owner is very nice, explaining me all the attractions in Prague and his personal recommendation. Will definitely choose it again for the next time.
