  The people at recetion had quite a bit of english and were very helpful and willling to help at any time with any thing.The room was cleaned everyday even if you were in your room when the passed they would come back around later and clean.hotel florenc is in such a wonderful location too rite beside the metro literally accross the road and same fo... what people say » r busses - Hotel Florenc was a small friendly and comfortable hotel.The staff were very helpful and pleasant.Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.The location was good not too far from the centre of the old town if you wanted to walk.Metro and Trams were only minutes away.Would definately reccommend this hotel.

  We had an excellent comfortable stay at the Hotel U Kocku, the staff were very welcoming, perfessional and friendly. Our room was first class it was a lovely big room and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a very good standard one of the best we have had outside of England, there was a very good selection of hot and cold food. Recently renovated Apt bldg with beautiful rooms and spectacular views of the city rooftops and steeples. Like something out of a storybook! 5 min walk to Charles Bridge. Hotel staff was awesome and the woman that we dealt was charming and wonderful, she really made us feel at home. Good breakfast. A 4 star hotel in the loveliest part of Prague!

  Great value for money. Clean apartment and hospitable staff. The taxi service arranged which was for an extra charge was effiecient and driver was friendly. - Room and facilities were beautiful (very nice bathroom andkitchen), walking distance from anywhere you would want to go incity, helpful staff

  My friends recommended as they stay there regularly, the hotel has been recently reconstructed and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. - superb location; clean, modern room, nice staff

  The hotel was clean, freshly decorated and the staff were very helpful. It's location meant we were on the doorstep of the city centre within easy walking distance of everything. Excellent. - Location was amazing, rooms lovely and clean, breakfast delicious and big selection

  The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. The room was very spacious and comfortable, more of an apartment than a hotel room, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great location in central Prague; I would recommend it to anyone, particularly younger people looking to be in the middle of the city's nightlife. - W... what people say » ith it being on weneslas square it was easy to shop, eat and drink at any time without need for taxis or trams.   everything!! it was so close to the cemtre on the city it was warm safe comfortable the staff were so friendly, the bedroom was very clean the beds were comfy and the and so bright the toilet was very clean and nicely decorated. the hotel had so much character the stairs were fantastic and the resturant was beautiful. - Wonderful and beautiful smal... what people say » l hotel in an old building.
