Very queit place inspite of it is in the center, sleep very well at night, no noise at all; 3. Nice big room - we had delux room on the third floor; 4. No problem with hot water and water flow; 7. They have transfer - Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

That was a single room, but the room provided a much better view of the outside (facing the stati - Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.

  Extremely helpful staff, Blanka Black, worked to get us into a room at 9 am after we had been traveling overnight by train. Extremely helpful in directing us to sites and in recommending local restaurants. Breakfasts were huge affairs and packed from 7:30-10:00 every morning. - The staff was friendly and helpful.   Our room was bright, quiet, cool and spacious! It was absolute heaven tobe able to access tea and coffee at any time.   Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. I will stay... what people say » there again when I bring my family for a visit. - The reception staff were fiendly and very helpful, The rooms were of a good size with tasteful, nice furniture and decorations. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.

  The room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay. The internet works fine and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. There's a safe (free of charge) in the room, so you can keep your valuables in. Unfortunately the safe is small, the notebook couldn't fit in. - Everything was excellent. the room was huge, very warm,clean.
