  Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us... what people say » ; took off the wheel, took it to the repair shop, brought it back and refitted it so the car was ready for us to leave. He refused to add his time/ ef - We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G. The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He showed us around the area. We had almost 5 hours before the flight, therefor we needed to know some places near by the metro, like a good restaurant, a playground for our kid and an Internet cafe where we can pri

The location is lovely, only 6 metrostations from down town, but was very convenient because the metrostations is under hotel, so you don not have to get out and search forit.   Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous!
