Most excellent, friendly, and helpful staff I've ever met. :) Attendant and active, taking care without being intrusive. I'd go back only for that reason. Good instructions on how to get and use the keys, find your room etc. Good location near the central Republic square with Náměstí Republiky metro station and the Na Příkopě main pedestrian street.

No-nonsense place fairly near Prosek metro station a short ride from Prague city centre. Surprisingly good breakfast, friendly and laid-back owners, fast wi-fi. I usually avoid very cheap places in Prague as they're often packed with smoking, drinking gastarbeiter, but this place is a world away from them. No TV in the room which I see as a big plus.

The staff was amazing, very helpful.We arrived a day later,then we planned the residence attendant left welcoming note for us on the entrance door with his phone #. This was my second year in a row and it was excellent. The Residence was clean, staff was great, internet was strong and never failed. This is a great location to be within 10 minutes of the center of Prague, but world's away. The birds were singing, the breeze from the 2 balconies created a very comfortable environment. The service was very good: Denis and Tatyana were wonderful hosts, attentive and responsive to requests. The view from the room was very nice, and the wifi worked well. It is quiet and clean. In a sense, I liked the location, because for most people it was a short walk to the metro (C line). My parents were too old to do this walk, however. -
