Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. Even if the hotel looks a bit old, the lunch room is very nice (and the buffet, during breakfast, was very good).
Is not in the town center but in 15/20 minutes by walk (5 minutes by tram -the stop is just 300m far-) you can reach easier the main part of the town; the hotel is even in a quiet neighborhood and, near it, there are a supermarket and other facilities.
