The hotel is at a good location for getting around via tram, only a stone's throw away from a frequently trafficked tram-stop. My room was quite nice, had tea and coffe-making apparatus and minibar. Workable, fast WIFI. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with lots of table-space. Reasonably priced minibar, good-enough breakfast.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. The location is excellent right in the middle of Prague for tourists.
The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls.

A fantastic location right in the middle of everything, close to the Old Town and St Wenceslas Squares and Charles Bridge. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price. This was my second year in a row and it was excellent. The Residence was clean, staff was great, internet was strong and never failed. This is a great location to be within 10 minutes of the center of Prague, but world's away. The birds were singing, the breeze from the 2 balconies created a very comfortable environment. Staff was nice. Bed comfy. Room was large with large bathroom. Location was near the castle. And because it was up the hill, it was quiet (except when the men started weed-wacking at 7 am on Sat). We got lots of exercise walking up the hill instead of taking the bus (wore off the good Prague beer). Enjoyed Karlstejn's castle, too, and the Plzen Urquell beer tour. Check the English tour times before you go. We struggled with the German :-)

Location is in quite place, very near to Vysehrad Cathedral - good place for quiet walk last day before departure. 35 min by walk to the Charles Bridge, if you don;t like trams and metro. Martin - the man in hotel - is very courteous and attentive. Next visit to Prag will stay in the same hotel, and will bring good bottle for him. Room itself is OK
