  Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.   We booked the hotel for my parents for a surprise 40th anniversary present !! We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them. - Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything. A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel).
