The apartment was very roomy and beatiful. exceptional value for money. Situated in a prime location. Everything worked perfectly, including the wifi.

The shower was a bit small, but everything else compensated for it.

Perfect location, really helpful staff. Apartments were really clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to use it.

The staff seemed like they were in a rush when they checked us in. The apartment itself was very nice and big. Had all the entities you would need. Excellent location. Had a beer brewery downstairs and close to the main square. 5 min walk.

The sink smelt like a sewage when standing over the sink for too long. But wasn't over powering just smelt when you were there for longer then 5 mins brushing your teeth or washing your face. Also staff was not available when we had to check out. They say 24/7 reception when there office was across the road but when we went to check out and give them back the keys. No one answered. We therefore had to leave the keys in the apartment and dash off to catch our bus.

Really well situated right near the Old Town Square and in the thick of the action, but very quiet. Very nice decoration and great facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.

The apartment was fantastic. Clean, spacious, comfortable, free wi-fi, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again in the future.

there was not a lift and we were on the second floor this was not explained when booked

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT Very clean apartment, good facilities, accommodative on check out, good staff knowledge of area.

One bad point was the door lock to the apartment. It was very difficult to unlock.

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped with kitchen utensils and nicely and tidily maintained. One word to sum up, comfortable.

The stairs. We stayed on the 4th floor and we had to climb almost 100 steps of stairs for every of our return to the apartment.

The apartment was very nice. It was spacious, confortable and well equipped . The boy of the staff was very kind and helpful. He helped us with our suitcases (we were at the fouth floor!!) and gave us a lot of interesting information.

Central location, large airy apartment and a fantastic base to explore the main attractions. A fan was provided on request.

A curtain was missing for the first night and the floor could have been a bit cleaner. Despite the double glazing you will be disturbed by the party goers on Friday and Sat nights unless you are a heavy sleeper!

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted in buying tickets for another trip to the country side. They helped us with all enquiries far beyond what was expected from them.

The location was amazing, a few steps from Prague's famous sites. We loved staying here. It felt like a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was quiet and luxurious. The property had everything we needed: full kitchen, large table and chairs, and two beautiful bedrooms with super comfortable beds. I would absolutely stay here again!

There was plenty of light but only a view of the sky really.

Large and clean room, my room is not facing street with a clam envirinment. Strong wifi, staffs are helpful, good arrangement for shuttle transfer.

The downstairs entrance door is noisy while opening or closing. We prefer to have non see-through curtains for all windows to form more privacy especially for bath room.

Location was PERFECT! 2 minutes to Charles Bridge, 3 minutes to Old Town Square, can't get a better location than that! The apartment was HUGE, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas. Washing machine and dishwasher! Very stylish and roomy. I'd stay here every time I visit Prague!

No hand soap provided in bathrooms and only one dish towel provided. Not huge issues but definitely an inconvenience. Not enough to prevent me from staying here, though.

Huge apartment in the centre of old town minutes from the square. Well appointed

Not very clean, long black hairs all over the floor and rug. Very loud over the weekend due to being surrounded by pubs that stay open till 5 am. Would not recommend for young families
