The Tristar was fully booked so we were upgraded to the adjoining Artemis which shared the reception/front desk with Tristar. It exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, roomy, good breakfast buffet, close to Metro/Tram and small grocery store. Good value for money, convenient location close to metro station in a few stops to the Praha centre, 24x7 reception desk, individual safebox in a room, cheap car parking in front of the hotel, breakfast is included.

The Tristar is an 'appendix' Hotel and not far from the Metro station 'Invalidovna' and trams Nos. 3 and 8. - Not far from subway and tram station. - Pretty quiet place. - Eniglish/german/russian speaking service. Good location and good price. Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and nice staff. Good location. The location is quite good. I took 15 minutes to get in downtown and you could choose between using tram or subway. The quite place. It's a comfortable hotel, very quite and clean. Location is good. Prague is beautiful city. The price. Price is quite ok,. It was a bed to sleep in at the end of the day. Front desk staff seemed made you wait before acknowledging your presence if you had a question or needed something. Nothing much in hotel area (but very convenient to Metro). There was no wifi signal in a room. There was an 'isolated', but locked door between one of the rooms to another room with other tourists. We could hear people talk and the televison playing very clearly. - Olympic is actually a group of Hotels, so you never know where exactly you would stay. - Difference in comfortability of new and old rooms is very big. Breakfast wasn't good, though it seems there was everything on the tables, but it wasn't attractive... No free wi-fi! You have to pay 5 euros per day and even in this case you can use it only if you have laptop, because it isn't wireless. So if you have only smartphone you can do nothing!!! Terrible!. The hotel offers few services. Breakfast is not tasty. The surrounding area. You had to pay for Internet and the breakfast was not great. Plus the lighting in the hallway was not so good. Double rooms are extremely small, you can hardly find a space to leave luggage. Car park is available, but not free (ca. 3 euro). No WiFi in room. There is internet access in lobby, but also you need to pay 5 euro for it!. The reservation was made to this hotel but, at check in, they gives us rooms in other hotel. The breakfast was one of the poorest that I've seen in my life. The staff was very unsympathetic. Definitely to avoid. Full of students Breakfast was awful Room was very basic No heating controls Tv didn't work Wifi was only reception area only and was chargeable Staff were very unhelpful.
