Very friendly personnel from the porters, to the manager of the restaurant to the cleaning staff and of course the front desk personnel who arranged all our excursions

Smoking in the lounge and hotel in general - we are not used to people smoking in buildings! Our only criticism of the hotel!

Sometimes theyforgot to refill the tea + coffee. One day they left uswith no cups at all and 2 days the air con did not work

Friendliness of the staff, they were all attentative and polite. Very good breakfast buffet selection and quality. Decor of room and interiors very nice.

Room and hallway on 7th floor too warm, could not adjust heating in room.

The central location in Praha. We did not need to take a taxi to go to the center.

Location it's great, whitin walking distance of all major sites.Breakfast was excellent and personnel very friendly and helpfull

There was an unsual smell from the bathroom as you walk in the room, butit will go away or you will get used to it and not realised is thereanymore within minutes

The hotel staff was very kind and polite, always available to assist. The location of the hotel was good. Good choice for breakfast.

The room (double delux) was a bit small. I would suggest to improve the artificial lighting. Even with all the lights on it wasn't really light (especially when I had to pack my suitcases).

the location of the hotel is what I like most. also the quietness of room was really great. staff were friendly and helpfull. over all hotel is nice

location is excellent. you can do all the important sites by walking. you don't need the metro.

It was not 5 stars hotel service. We needed to argue about late checkout although the hotel was empty, the food in breakfast was cold, the room was small and no ventilation. The price of the transfer from the airport was outrageous.

it was a nice hotel overall, need alot of services improvement, someof the staff are so nice and friendly, they can be in a Five star hotel, but the Hotel defnetly not a Five star callober.

As I stated earlier, it is anice hotel with a deferent price, and some improvement of the sevices. By the way the location is super.

Breakfast until eleven o´clock.

The bar is not comfortable. The bathroom floods when you use the shower.
