The hotel is close to Florenc station, a short 10 minutes walk. It is close to old town square and jewish quarter too, only a few minutes walk away. We booked a double and triple room (extra bed in a double room) and it was spacious. Bathroom was big too and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was really good!!! For the price it is a very good choice. I would def. Stay here again!. Really worth to stay here if you are in Prague. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent price vs. value. Wide selection and tasty food at breakfast. all reviews » It is very well located, near to a metro station... You can walk to the old town square in 10 minuts or so. The staff is very nice, and they have a baggage storage for free in case you checkout and want to go for a last walk. Very clean rooms, and bathrooms with bathtub. The location is excellent! right at the base of the old city and walking distance to all the major sites and shopping! Very clean, comfortable, good shower and an excellent breakfast to go along with it. For the price, quality, location, can't beat it!. Very convenient location, one stop on Metro from railroad station, and an easy walk to the center of old town. There was no restaurant in operation (only for breakfasts). You have to go out for lunch, dinner and even for a drink after morning meal. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our first night and were amazed by the slow service. Our room was in the rear - off the courtyard. It was smallish and bit noisy and did not have a table or chair. The breakfast was poor and it was noisy in rooms - you can hear everything from the neighbour rooms and this disturbed the vacation. The bathroom was not very clean. Can't think of anything!. The check-in time seemed too late at 2pm although they allowed me to leave my bag in a room which did not seem very safe. Reception desk lady could not give me precise information on how to go to the Basilica of the Holy Infant of Prague. Breakfast was lacking some essentials. We had a problem with the wifi and the receptionists sometimes wasn't that helpfull. Very poor wifi. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and there is no air condition in the room.The price for parking per night when I booked was 14 EUR, but when I left the hotel I have to payed 17.40 EUR. breakfast was rather sober and the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning. lift was a little slow. No air conditioning but not expected for the price. No where to relax at night, no bar etc , a little more for breakfast. Lack of elevator. You need to know the strong competition. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room so had to buy take away drinks to bring back there. The internet service is very poor and the system they use to access it frustrating as had to go to reception every day to ask for pass codes, which often didn't work. Having tv in room was pointless unless you can speak Czech as you cannot get any English channels. The bad sheets were not clean. You can see the hair from previous customers. Beds and pillows are old. WiFi signal is very weak, so in the room it was hardly possible to use internet. We were very displease because the hotel overbooked and gave our reserved room to members of a large tour group. They paid for taxi to transport us to another not so good hotel, and picked us up by 9:30 am next day. The rooms do not have air conditioning. wifi needed to be activated every 10 minutes shower not good. The hotel was very dated and our room was bordering on being hot with the sun rising in the morning and it was only May. breakfast. The room was old. There were a lot of insects who came through the window, but the ceiling was so high that you can't kill them. The room was shabby. Be careful!There is an ugly room they give which has nothing to do with the ones advertised.I had to complain about it and after they said that the hotel is fully booked i had to complain harder before i finally got one of the normal rooms.This is definitely lack of professionalism!wifi hardly works.by the time i was there the elevator did not work,but this is reqsonable since it is supposed to be upgraded. Difficult to find a hotel.It is far from tourist attractions even it is in district 1. We chose the room for four but the room was too small.
