The staff was very helpful in helping me navigate my way through the city via the metro and tram. Free parking. Free wireless, secured Internet. Friendly staff.friendly hotel staff, cheap, nice rooms, nice breakfast. everything was ok, staff was friendly and helpful.enjoyable, close to airport. Very pleasant people. The Meritum was very nice hotel . . . much more than we expected for the cost! We were very pleased and will certainly stay again. Breakfast was good too.

I have to say that the first time I stayed there was the most helpful, pretty and professional girl on reception called Klara and she was the best part of the Hotel. The second and most recent time, I was especially impressed with Michiel on the night shift. He was very attentive, had good English and an excellent receptionist - thanks due to him.Clean and nice room, good breakfast. Excellent value (through LetsBookHotel.com, I paid about 1/4 of the regular price). Room was clean, relatively modern, and reasonably comfortable. The taxi hotel organised cost twice what I paid while coming from the airport.lack of many food choices for breakfast. The Wireless internet was unreliable. breakfast. although the hotel is new, the bathroom looks pretty worn out. The hotel has not a enough structure when is full. We took cold shower all the times. It is a little bit away to go the centre city using public transport connections. No tea and coffee making facilities in room.There was no wireless internet available in all rooms as claimed by thehotel. I had to change rooms to a room with better wireless reception.
