I can offer everybody this Hotel. There is nothing special, but it is very good if you would like to rest after a sightseeing. Every recepcionist speak English and they are very helpful and friendly. We could left our luggage before check-in and after check-out. This was a big help, because in the railway station we would have to pay for store the luggage. The breakfast wasn't so rich like in the picture, but every morning have cornflakes (2-3 types), milk, tea, coffee, bread, frankturter, boi.
all reviews » I really liked the neighbourhood with its communist-era tenement blocks, a real taste of what life is like outside the city centre. People just living their lives around you. And it`s within steps of the metro so it is easily accessible to everything. I enjoyed this hotel more than the touristic hotel I was at closer to the center. I loved the huge tub in the middle of the room! The gal working the front desk is lovely, fluent in english and has a delightful accent. There is a store just around. The hotel is very close to the metro and is therefore within easy reach of everything in Prague. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. I got what I paid for. A tip for others is to follow the signs for the street in the metro station and then look for the park opposite on deciding which way to turn. You wIll reach the clearly marked hotel very quickly. Clean, friendly, so great breakfast(salad, eggs, something mixed eggs with potatoes..maybe local food.., breads, muslies, some deserts, yogurt....etc), location was also fine. It is far from city center but there is metro station nearby. Staffs were all friendly and nice. There is a supermarket right below the hotel so you can get what you need. Location isn't the best, but it is easy to get to the hotel but can take time to get around the city. Night bus 511 goes right to the station and the hotel is near the station. Very good breakfast, buffet style and filling! Quiet area. Spacious room. Helpful and kind staff even if they don't always smile!. For the price that we paid the hotel is really nice. The breakfast is not like on the pictures, but you can drink a cup of coffee and warm milk, with some sandwiches and salad whish is good. Close to the metro station and the city center is easily reachable. The Hotel is close to the Metro, so the city center isn't so far from there. Cheap enought for tourist, who are wanna rest between two city-walks. There was wifi in the room, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was delicious!. Good thing there was a tub in the middle of the room. Might have been nice to have a little shampoo and conditioner in a bottle. No real complaints, I really liked the hotel and the price was right!. I had no problems at the hotel. none. but, I think they need to fix wifi louter. it wasn't strong enough at the end of the corridor, so I had to use internet at reception lounge. No hot water for like 4 or 5 days (may or may not have been their fault). Wifi very limited to only near the reception area. Some staff not on the same page-when I asked about laundry, one staff member said, "Hmmm, I think maybe at Prosek station." Another said, "Sure you can do it for free right here in the hotel.". Wi-Fi is working only on the reception. There was an Italian group of young people who made a lot of noise. The lady on the reception made all she cant to apologize to us, so I am thankful. If you decide to visit this hotel just ask before is there any groups. The wifi-signal was weak, and the tv-channels weren't so interesting. Poor breakfast, wi-fi only near reception.. They did not clean the room while we stayed. Wifi worked only at the reception and not in the rooms. Breakfast was a little bit ugly. The bread was old and all the rest was not really fresh. No air conditioning. Noisy,no entertainment facilities in or near Hotel. Low wifi signal. beds and pillows are not very comfortable - wifi doesn't work in the room!. Not very clean, cockroaches in the bathroom!!! The sound in TV didn't work, only noise, but we didn't have time to watch it anyway. They never cleaned the room, just one day they took out the garbage in the room, but left in the bathroom! And another time brought new shower gel samples. That's all the service. We had problem finding the reception. There was no wifi in the room. The reception had problem finding my booking. There was a mistake in the check- in date, it seems. poor car parking possibilities¨ wifi did not work in room. Wi-fi signal was weak, use the earplugs if you don't want to wake up at 7:30 when the breakfast starts. No tv signal not clean room poor room service(toilet paper,bedding...) no possibility to change or cancel reservation. TV did not work. Lamp did not work. Walls are very thin, heard everything that was going on in the next room. The room was never clean during one week stay No kettle in the room Noise because of the shop and the bar. Very noisy. Renovation is very poor, no shelves in the bathroom? no glasses, noisy, uncomfortable bed. thin pillow, poor furniture. unfriendly staff, no promised air-conditioning in the room, very poor and unfresh breakfast, stuffy and dirty rooms, tv and wi-fi problems, no hot water for 3 days, noisy (close to the pub). Everything. everything was baaad, very baaaad. No wifi in the rooms although they said they have. Far from city centre.
