Good and very quiet place to stay in Prague, internet 30 Mb speed in room!!! Good breakfast and very ‎friendly staff. They speak Russian, English. Metro station Dejvicka about 7 minutes by walk, tram ‎station 100 meters walk. Few stops and you’ll be in Old Town Centre. 5-7 minutes ride. all reviews » Not a luxury hotel, but you are not paying for one. Great value for money. I have read complaints in other reviews, but could not agree with any of them. We had no problems at all, and the breakfast was very good. To the complainers I would say if you want a 5 star place go and pay for it. Not too far from centre, and public transport is great in Prague. Good eating places close at hand. We will definitely return to Prague and Klara. me and my friend stayed a this lovely little hotel for the weekend and were very satisfied. We loved the breakfast there, to room was very cozy with a comfortable bed, the staff was very nice and willing to help with anything and the location of the hotel is quite good too, not so far from the city center and in quite a quiet district at the same time. There was no shampoo. Only one very small soap in the beginning which finished for three days and until the end of my stay (for two weeks) there was no soap provided. Also, I wish there had been a fridge. Be sure to have enough czech crowns to pay for stay. Breakfast was not refilled. No fridge. No shampoo. Receptionist rarely available, you have to call her every time. No info about city. Staff doesn't know anything and even no possibility to buy tickets for Tram/Metro. Underground cold room for breakfast, and breakfast as much poor as it could be ever in Europe. - personel language skills - hard to get to the reception which is usually closed (or was that time) - no refrigerator/minibar (but lots of shops nearby). staff can't speak English well and are not friendly enough. Elevator stop between floors. Hence faced difficulties with heavy luggage when checking in and out of hotel. Staff unfamiliar with English. Hence have difficulty requesting for help and information. the spider webs. The problem with tab leaking wasnt solved during our visit (7 nights) Hot water was warm, but not hot at all Poor water head. - No soap and shampoo - Rather cold in the room - Linen is not so good for sleeping (comfortless). no fridge..hallway is dirty and stinky..people are rude specially the receptionist and owner.. No card payment possible, cash only!. n/a.
