Best experience I ever had in my life, very warm welcome from the staff on arrival glass of champagne.beautiful room with view to courtyard.on very first evening had coctails in hotel wine bar.breakfast of very high standard.Sure will go back to Prague and will stay here. I can say I have new home in Prague :)

Me and my boyfriend on the way to mountains for skiing had a stopover inHotel General for a night.We both were fascinated by the Hotel andservices which hotel give to its clients. At arrival You get the warmest welcome and also afterwards at any time You feel pampered and taken care of. A superior experience at a surprising price. The hotel is located near Andel Metro station and several tram stops and also offers many restaurants and a superb shopping mall. In about 15 minutes You reach every central place of interest. Bravo to all the staff!

Very welcoming, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Good breakfast. On a quite road, 15 min walk to Legii bridge and less than 5 mins on the metro to Mustek. Perfect place to stay that's central, yet off the beaten tourist track.

We stayed here for the end of our honeymoon and wish we could havestayed longer. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly and Iwould recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague. Thank you HotelGeneral for a beautiful end to our honeymoon.

great stay!! faboulous! especially - superb service! brand new hotel, everything is new and shining. beautiful marble lobby with huge crystal chandelier. Even my single room had a spacious hydromassage rainfall shower and LCD TV - hundreds of channels!!

absolutely perfect stay, great service and amazing staff, nothing was problem for them, very courteous, friendly and really helpful. Sauna and the wine bar were the best relax after long day. The front desk shaped as sea aqurium, very original, never seen before. I will recommend it to my friends and I hope to get the opportunity to come back.

The quality of decor and furnishing was excellent. Staff most pleasant. Surrounding area a little run-down. Access to transport very good. An excellent new shopping centre within five or six minutes walk.

The one drawback we found was the absence of a lounge to read or relax in, otherwise a beautiful small hotel.

The friendly staff, who were always pleasant and helpful. The high speed free internet was very good. The loan of umbrellas when it rained.

There was no desk lamp; so when working at the desk there was too little light.

Excellent staff. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink of choice. The receptionist sat down with us and explained us all about Prague and what to see etc etc. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Center of the town is not far away (20 minutes walk along the river).

A quiet, comfortable and well located hotel (15 min walking to the old town, 5 minutes walking to the metro/tram station). Good breakfast, very kind staff, parking facilities (in the hotel, but it would have been possible to park the car in the street too - it wasn't the full season and Prague is a sure town).

The rooms are quite small, but we were there to see the town, so it wasn't really a problem.
