everything was excellent ....having stayed twice previously ...is a comment in itself ...we have always enjoyed our stay in Prague and especially this hotel. breakfeast is excelent....Is the best hotel i stayed in europe because the price is very good and the service too. the subway is very near...The staff was friendly and helpful, the enviroment was peaceful, the room with breakfast was excellent and for a very cheap price.

The room was good.the price and the available parking. there is also a good restaurant nearby serving food until quite late. The walls are probably thin, as I could hear the neighbours sometimes, but it wasn't annoying.it on the hill -_-a. You pay the entire stay up front - no chance to make a change if necessary (ie to check out early if you need to). The water was not very hot for taking a bath. The child's bed wasn't made up. But they fixed it quickly. Some of the staff didn't talk any languages but czech.Takes a while to find the clerk, whoc can open the hotel garage to get your car. No wireless internet. There were problems with car parking in garage, because every time you need something from car you should ask favour from garage guard to come and open garage (garage is about 150m from hotel) and it is not automatic. Garage guarding guy seems very unhapy when he has to go 150m and open the doors..After that we left our car outside garage.. The central heating needs improvement.Better communication needed in english. Bathroom should be more clean.Decoration of the room was old, bath room get dirty through the ceiling,staff could not speak english very well. The check-in time is too late if you travel by car, we had to wait for 4 hours to get our room I have traveled a lot, but nowhere the check in time was so late.no internet connection in the room. staff at reception was not very friendly. it is old. the staff. the walls were too thin so that all the noise from the other rooms were coming in.
