The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, even 'English' tea which was great after travelling through Europe.The rooms are a food size and very clean. The staff was very kind, the area of the city in which the hotel is located, the free internet service. the breakfast,the service,location,comfortable room and bed. everything was perfect.
all reviews » Good location near tram. Beautiful room -- clean, large, modern. Front desk staff was very friendly about storing my laptop securely after I checked out. Great value. The location is excellent, near enough to the centre of things but far enough away to be quite at night.There is a tram stop just outside that will bring you anywhere you want to go and at 100CZ or €4 per 24 hours unlimited use it is excellent value. Room was on the main street and a bit noisy during the night. building work going on. i didnt like the room. It was as the one to the picture.The room was a tiny bit noisy since the hotel is on a busy street. But nothing extreme and we were not annoyed. Cleanliness could be better, but I guess this applies to the whole city. breakfast-overcrowded and lack of choice. Some grumpy staff but overall friendly. Staff unhelpful - not able to raise a smile from any of them!!. Room smelled freshly painted! when I politely asked for change, I faced unbelievably rude attitude from reception! Trams pass bye the Hotel and one side is really noisy! i asked for airport transfer, and I was charged by Hotel for about 30Euro!, possibly higher than regular taxi, by public transport about 2Euro. Unprofessional reception personnel. Hard beds.
