We can thoroughly recommend this hotel. The room was quiet, had a good size with a free deposite box and was spotlessly clean. Girls in reception was very kind and helpfull. There is also a small pleasant garden where we took our breakfast. We walked to city center which took us about 15 minutes, or if you take a tram, it is 2 tram stops. We will come back. The staff was terrific and 100% helpfull. We felt cosy all the time since we arrived there, we were more then well received. The staff used the time to explain us details about the city of Prague, exploring possibilities for me and my girlfriend to visit. Honestly, excellent.
all reviews » Nice little hotel quite near near of city center. Very helpful staff. Room looked like having recently been renovated and was in a very good condition and clean. Excellent value for the money we paid, specially if compared with many other hotels in the city. I had very nice and quite room. Behind the hotel is beautifull garden where I could take breakfast or drink coffee.The staff was very kind and they help me anytime I need it.I traveled by car, so I was very glad to safely park my car in the hotel garage.the location is perfect, very practical, the price very good, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and we had DVD player in the room. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. parking was available in the hotel garage for extra 15 eur (cheap compare to other places I checked), neighborhood of the hotel is quiet with a lot of restaturants to choose from, lovely helpful staff. I had a wonderful weekend at City Crown, hotel is small and charmingplace with nice staff speaking good English and Italian language.Parking was cheap, overall good value for money. Minor issues: squeaky door and wobbly floor in our room.althoug we leave room late but no clean.... We didnt notice any fire escape. My room was on the top floor and was freezing in the afternoon (I am not the kind of person who does usually complain of the cold). If you intend to walk towards the old town the way is a bit tricky at first but OK once you learn it. It is not very far but it takes longer than it is said on the hotel description. Unfortunately the parking is expensive.the breakfast was always the same, not bad, but not so good and the coffee was almost coloured water !!!. The hotel is not 10 minutes walking from centre, minimum 15-20. "The nice restorans near by" are just pubs with very low level.Miles off.. not near old town at all, hard to find, so get a taxi or its a waist of time and effort, rooms are not as good and spacious as they look in the pictures. rip off with the rate exchange so I suggest you to pay cash. Tried to cancel my booking the day of arrival but they refused and disagreed even though I hadn't payed at that stage.
