Top class apartment and staff. Friendly, obliging with requests. Have stayed here twice now and would go back next time we visit. Excellent surrownding area with bars and restaurants, tram and train only 30seconds away 2 stops on train to centre. Highly recommended.

Clean room with modern standard and full equipment. Nice and helpful staff. Near to stores, pubs, restaurantes, trams and metro. Just take the metro a few stops to the centre of Prague. We recommend Apartments Andel for your stay!

Would have been nice with air condition - it was very warm in june. A bit noisy at the evenings because of the pub downstairs - but nothing that disturbed us.

The subway and a supermarket is just across the street, which makes this hotel extremely convenient. The room we had is fully equipped with kitchen facilities. The hotel is 2-3 subway stops away from major attractions, so walking is possible provided u had good walking shoes.

It's time to upgrade the 14" TV and its reception.

Great location- slap bang in the centre of the new town. The area is a lot less tourist than the old town, so I preferred it. The apartments have obviously been recently refurbished and are immaculate, couldn't have hoped for any better, especially for such a great price!

Be warned that this is a self-catering apartment, so even though you are provided with towels, they are not changed throughout your stay. This may be an issue if you are staying for a longer period of time, however the hotel staff were very kindly so they may change the towels if you ask. There were a lot of windy stairs so probably not a good idea for the elderly or small children. But all in all, it was a fabulous place!!

The staff was very helpful. The apartments are so big! There is a lot of room and the kitchens are well equiped (at least 15A was...). A grocery store is 30 seconds away and all the major attractions are 15-20 minutes away by foot. There is even a secure parking if you have a car. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

It's in front of a very busy street, starts early in the morning and gets quiet around 7pm. But, no problem for sleeping.

Near metro, trams, bus stations, shopping center, a lot of restaurants etc. It is very convenience.

Next to a bar, sometimes (Friday night) it is a little bit noisy.

Andel was spotlessley clean, staff helpful but spoke little English. Not in centre of Prague but only 5 metro stops away. Local ameneties fab.

The location is fantastic, it's just 5 minute away from the Charles's bridge, just take the tram 12 or 20, and in any casy it's really in front of the subway station "andel". Room are clean, a lot of space, and the bathrooms are fantastic!

I've to confirm... it's a bit noisy... the acoustic insulation of the windows is not really perfect

The apartments are nearly new and have excellent facilities. Our apartment came with satellite TV and DVD player, fully fitted kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine (no bath) and on the whole was nicely furnished. The apartments are located in the Smichov area of Prague and on the same side of the river as the Castle area and Mala Strana. It´s a 20 minute walk to the Stare Mesto (Old Town).

The cleaning service is poor. The apartments are only cleaned once per week and new towels are only provided on request. Also, the supply of hot water can be irregular. On two occasions, in mid-morning, we were without hot water.

New apartment very comfortable with heating system. Kitchen with all that you need to cook. Washing machine, toaster, mw. very close to the the metro and trams. excellent beer house on the other side of the street. shopping in a few steps with super-market.
