The rooms were grest for me and very clean, I really liked room 312 great

elevator is to small, but it worked

Newly renovated room was excellent value.The reception staff were were friendly and professional. The location was perfect. It will obviously cost a lot more when renovation is complete.

Obviously, as the hotel is currently being renovated, the undecorated corridors were rather unsightly at present.

Rooms lovely, very grand.

No tea/coffee-making facilities. Unfriendly staff in the restaurant. Ripped-off in the bar- price of g and t clearly said 450ckr, barman charged us750ckr. Rooms too hot, no air-con.

The rooms are much nicer that the corridors suggest.
