Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. B

The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.
