  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... what people say » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

  The apartment is really big, I stayed there with three friends. There was two big double bedrooms, a large lounge and a decent size dining area. Decent bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Denis the owner was really nice and let us check in early and also let us leave our bags there in day of departure.   Such a wonderful light and airy apartment! We stayed on the first floor and the apartment was really spacious with a large living area and two bedrooms. The two bathrooms were excellent, one with a bath, the other with a shower. The kitchen had everything you might need, so its easy to prepare your own food if you want to (which we hardly did as P... what people say » rague has a lot of great restaurants). There are several grocery stores in the neighbourhood. Wifi worked perfectly as well. The owner picked us up fr - Everything! The apartment is not how it looks by the pictures.. It's even better! All clean, really large, with all comforts e everything is really, really new. And the view is amazing! The owner is a very very very nice guy, he will answer to all your question and will offer you a trasfer airport-apartment/apartment-airport! I don't know what to add to my review, I can just suggest Art Apartment to everybody!
