  The room was amazing (de-luxe room) - even nicer in real life than the photos! And huge - spanning the whole of the 1st floor! The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Over all a fantastic hotel that added to a fantastic weekend! I would definately recommend to friends and family and if in Prague again would certainly stay ... what people say » at the Green Lobster again! - perfect position for a tourist in prague. our room was amazing - so much bigger and nicer than we had hoped. beautiful furniture, the breakfast was lovely, the staff were lovely. we stayed in a building across from the main reception which worried me initially but i really liked our room afterall

  The hotel is out of "old Prague" but only 15 - 20 minutes walk from Charles Bridge; which is why it is pretty good value. The rooms appeared quite new & most renovations of the building are done - except the courtyard. They now have a buffet breakfast which was very good in the downstairs restaurant. We were traveling by - Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs.   Room was not far from subway, train station and city center - this is great advantage. Also what is important the room was realy clean - Great friendly service. Very well priced. Rooms were basic but hadeverything you need. Would stay at Pension 44 again. Also was veryconvenient to have breakfast provided just around the corner.
