  We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. We have never ever experienced service like this after having traveled across lots of... what people say » destinations worldwide. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  This is the best accommodation we had during our trip to Europe. The apartment was huge, spotless, bright and had a large balcony and had every facility available. The Manager, Kristine went out of her way to be helpful and when our son required medical assistance, she helped in every way possible, including translating on our behalf. Very close to everything, shop & restaurant (tgif is just underneath the building, and halal kebab just next to apartement). When you enter the building, it looks dark/old but surprizingly good/modern when we enter the room and very spacious (the largest that we ever had in Europe for the same amount of money). Will use this apartment again if we go back to Prague. - Apartment in Prague located in the very heart of the city, within walking distance to the most sights, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops nearby, small supermarket next door. Apartment itself had a balcony with a nice view over roofs of the old houses in city center and domes of cathedrals. Nicely furnished, everything was in good condition. 2 subway stations from central bus station.

  It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay. The very central position (close to "everything"). - The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment. The wood inlay ceiling in 2a is beautiful. A feel good place and the bakery down stairs is very handy.

  Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. I will stay... what people say » there again when I bring my family for a visit. - The reception staff were fiendly and very helpful, The rooms were of a good size with tasteful, nice furniture and decorations. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.
