Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. apartement). When you enter the building, it looks dark/old but
surprizingly good/modern when we enter the room and very spacious
(the largest that we ever had in Europe for the same amount of money).
Will use this apartment again if we go back to Prague. -
Apartment in Prague located in the very heart of the city, within walking distance to the most sights, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops nearby, small supermarket next door. Apartment itself had a balcony with a nice view over roofs of the old houses in city center and domes of cathedrals. Nicely furnished, everything was in good condition. 2 subway stations from central bus station.

My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

The location was perfect. Close to everything I wanted to see and also mostly quiet and secluded at the same time. Though our neighbors were a bit noisy! The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The staff were very friendly. -

The apartments were wonderful and spacious. The service very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and demonstrated their care by ensuring we had what we needed. Located on one of the more luxurious streets in Prague, also located centrally which made it easy to get to all the good spots in town for first time visitors.
