  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after.   It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay.   The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice - The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and efficient and the room very spacious and romantic.

  I booked a single room and it was very comfortable (unlike some grotty single rooms in some hotels) with a TV, phone, 2 comfortable chairs and a comfy bed. There was a nice clean en-suite shower room with loo. I had read that there were toiletries in the bathroom, which was good, as we had travelled hand luggage only. But this was soon sorted by the kind and polite gentleman on reception who supplied us with a couple of small bottles of very - The localization of hotel are very good because is far from turistic downtown and near to subways and trams (public transportations). This is good because the city does not operate with Euros, only tchec crouwns, local money, and the there are better currency exchange houses and good restaurants. The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.
