  We stayed at this hotel in November during the "low" season. There were only 5 guests in the hotel and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. The front desk manager who met us is Nikola Sejnohova. Her customer service skills are some of the best ... what people say » I have ever seen!! She provided us excellent information for restaurants and sightseeing in Cesky Krumlov. Furthermore, she is sweet and greeted us - The room we stayed was in a luxary room. It is clean with very nice environment, which is particularly good for we as young couples to stay. :) We would like to recommend the dinner in the hotel as well, as both the environment and the food quality are excellent for having a romantic dinner. The staff in Hotel Bellevue is very nice with good hospitality. The breakfast room was downstairs in a 'cave-like' setting, which was cool.   The staff is vert kind and nice. Jana picked me up from the bus station for free. And I was mistakenly got off the wrong stop( next stop should be the bus station), and luckily she got my mobile and called me!
