I loved my stay here, very cool design, very kind and helpful stuff. The location is just perfect if you arrive from the airport because the airport shuttle stops across the street. The room was very pleasant, with a very good wifi connection... I loved the pillows in this hotel... I liked the bar downstairs too. I will come again for sure. the hotel was just great and very well done and to a very good standard staff where very helpful and friendly and only to happy to help the actual location was very handy for the bus station just 3 minutes walk it is on a main road but once you arrive through the door you just forget great place to stay.
all reviews » This is a brandnew hotel with all the comfort you need! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location. Perfect WIFI. Fresh breakfast! There is not a restaurant in the hotel, but good restaurants are very close (less than 10 minutes by foot) to the hotel. Nice lounge/bar/lobby. 10/10 !!!. The hotel is 20 min. walk from the city center, but an excellent location for those having bus business around. Excellent bed and bathroom.the room is very nice and confortable. Breakfast includes different kinds of cheese and fruits, eggs, ham, etc. but I small quantities. This is a new hotel and we get a white room, which was beautiful, designed in glamour style. Big, comfortable bed, big shower cabine and smart tv. Personel very helpful and the breakfast which I have not "seen" in other 4 stars hotels. To the city center 10-15min walking. Every peace of the Hotel... almost brand new hotel, nice design,. absolutely nothing to complain about. This is a minor remark: there is no desk and chair in the room, which is difficult if you want to work. However, you have the possibility of doing so in the lobby (24H reception). Too much noise in the reception. The one thing which could be a problem is no desk or table. I had to put my laptop on the small cabinet to have a possibility to work. Hard to find negative points about hotel itself but location is not in the best and nicest area of Zagreb and if you are not with car keep in mind tram and 15 minutes of public transport to city center. My room was quite noisy, as the windows were facing a busy road. The location outside of the hotel is not all that interesting.The interior of the hotel is a bit poncy. Two people serving breakfast and standing in the room seems a bit over the top. Nice hotel, but maybe a less fuss would be better. The only negative was the bad quality and very strong koffee at breakfast which we also mentioned at the reception desk when they friendly asked us by check out if everything was ok with our stay. Breakfast was running a bit late. No real office desk in the room to work with a computer. No restaurant at the hotel No room service. nothing. Map is inadequate to work out direction from bus station. Took half an hour to find which way to walk and hotel sign is shielded by facade. Easy when you know! For reference, it is 100 m south of the terminal on the east side. Needs a lighter bed cover - doona is too heavy unless run aircon at environmentally cold temperature. a little bit noisy. - no desk in the room which would have allowed to work comfortably in your room with a laptop. A bit far from train station, 5 mins city bus travel from hotel. A bit loud from street as I stayed on 1st floor, cars are noisy. Nothing Major. The breakfast could have had more options.. a little bit noisy. A liitle tricky to drive to, but manageable. There is only a bed in the room. There is no place for makeup like toilete table and I couldn't place my laptop nowhere so I had to go to lobby to work on laptop and prepare my business meeting. I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that dont have a table in the room. Btw I booked a Grand luxury room. Lobby design. That I didn't stay more days. Missing working desk in the room. None. TV-set in my room didn't work, staff seemed a bit overworked to me (receptionist was also repsonsible for the bar),.
