The internet connection was partially very slow and not accessible.Hotel location is a bit of a distance from centre - but nearby trams get you there quite efficiently. Not easy to find way to the Hotel.Location quite far. Parking place not clear enough signed, no direct way from parking to thereception. Breakfast very poor, far away from expected by 4*.parking. It was a 20 minute walk to the town, and not directly by a tram stop. Breakfast was not included in the rate and was very expensive.Refg. was not working properly. The Panorama is on a oil company and a stadion not on the city :(. A member of the day staff at the reception was rude when we asked her for directions, the air conditioning functioned poorly and a member of the staff on one occasion entered our room without knocking just to supposedly check if we were "ok for drinks". Very bizarre but harmless. Location - a bit far from downtown Zagreb. Dinner at the Restaurant: available food selection and quality at selfservice were really poor. Cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom.Although it was fair rate compared with other hotels, the room was not spacious/comfort than expected. Breakfast not included. Poor air conditioning, old mattress, internet connection didn't work. Air-conditioning was not working at all. The Hotel Staff could not care less about it. I tried to be nice, pleaded and later yelled but they just shrugged their shoulders and asked me to bear with it. Later they changed our room but the new room was just as bad.I booked for a deluxe room for 2 persons with a big bed and we got a classic room with twin beds. The state of the room was bad .... Bad experience this time.
