There were no reviews jet, so we were a bit anxious, but it was better than expected. It was a brand new studio with such a deliberate designed interiour. It was just near the bridge and relaxed and quiet (also because of the new windows). There was everything you need to cook a nice meal, there was a bath in the middle of the studio and a bathroom (room inside the room). On top of the bathroom was the bed, which you can reach by stairs. Everything felt quite big because of the perfect architec. all reviews »
Gorgeous room, right on the waterfront with a great view. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is based just across the bridge from the old town, it's a 2 minute walk in. Everything about the room is top notch. It's a bit hard to find since it's not visibly signposted, but check the map before you go. If you cross the bridge from the old town, it's directly on the left past the nearest cafe.
A beautifully renovated apartment befitting the title above. The décor, fittings and appliances are avante-garde and up-market, for example, the soaker bath beside one's bed. Very conveniently located for walking into the old city of Zadar. Excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink (we didn't use the stove!).
Excellent location, right next to the pedestrian bridge, just a small walk from the peninsula. Free parking in the neighbourhood. Main entrance looks a bit dodgy, but the apartments are as advertised in the pictures: very nicely decorated. Both the owner and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful.
It was indeed luxury! Close to everything and the view was of the marina and the bridge. We were accommodated with early check in and free parking was available behind the apartment. The wifi was fast and the place was clean and comfortable.

Beware of an approach via back streets of depressing Communist-era apartment blocks. Parking could be a problem; we were lucky to park by the side-door.
Some minor problems occurred with water pressure (bath + shower) and lighting in the bathroom, but the owner came by quickly to try and fix these issues.
