During our stay everything was excellent, we were very well taken care of by our friendly hostess who speaks very good english. Rooms are all new and perfectly clean, nicely furnished, aironcondition is new and very quite. It is located in a quite street, away from the sea promenade. I liked the hostess (Ivana) she was very friendly. The room we had was small but very adequate and comfy. Very modern and beds were good. Not much other than the room offered in this villa but we had a little fridge in the room. Parking was available.

Valentina is really friendly and helpful, speaks good english. The house and room is very nice and comfortable, heated bathroom floor, mirror like windows from outside, good shower. A really nice and quaint hotel - the staff were really friendly and the decor was very modern. Its much easier to get to the best beaches by a car or a scooter. No negatives at all. Definitely recommended!. The room was a bit small, but we were only there for a night, so it wasn't an issue. If we were doing a longer trip, we would probably ask for a larger room if there is one available. - The lack of shutter on the window - The access which is difficult for every kind of vehicle - We had to call for someone to check-in because there's nobody permanently. Like other properties in the area car access is very difficult due to the very narrow roads and the congestion on the one bridge to the island. Once we battled our way to the car park provided, we were not inclined to use the car again until we left!. Nothing. airplanes approaching the Split Airport flying low directly above the house. Difficult to find. Very small rooms.
