The room we had was basic in terms of facilities (shard bathroom / kitchen, no wardrobe in the room) but had a fantastic location - so central yet very quiet.
The staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend. -

Excellent new appartment
Full equiped kitchen with anything you may need to cook. Very good bathroom, two comfortable and spacious rooms, satellite TV, good AC and high speed internet.
Supermarket is 50 metres away, and the old town is literally 5 minutes walking distance.

A great place to stay -
Everything was perfect. People were so kind when leading us to the hotel. The design of the apartment was all ikea, but it was really cosy and cute. Hot water was running without any problem. There was a bar next to the building therefore the music was a little loud, but since we were a young couple it was not a big deal.

This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. The apartment was ideally situated to visit the major attractions in Split. The apartment was immaculate. and the apartment manager was extremely helpful and friendly ensuring that we were fully informed of places to see, restaurants to visit etc. He even said that we could call him in the middle of the night if we needed any help!

OK place to stay. It appears that the owner is fixing the bathrooms as one was almost new and the other was quite outdated. There is a great garden area with BBQ and shop close by to buy all you need.

Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. The accommodation is filled with the pleasant scent of lavender along with evidence of an appreciation for the arts in every room.

The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.
