Apartment was very nicely furnished, and they kindly provided us with homemade gifts upon arrival. We got lost on the way to the apartment (turned right too soon off the main street), and a staff member happily found us and brought us to the apartment. They also provided us with granola bars/candy and free juice in the refrigerator. Great hospitality and very close to the Riva. In a quieter area of town - no noise at night or in the morning. Staff provided us with great dinner and breakfast rec.

We LOVED Villa Nautica. It is minutes from the historic centre of Split, and felt like a boutique place but at a very affordable price. Staff went out of their way to help and thoughtful touches like juice / snacks in the room were great. We didn't want to leave!. Before arriving at the apartment we had been travelling around Croatia and wanted to relax. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. Just what we wanted by the end of our trip. All the fixtures and fittings are new and very tasteful and the bedroom and bathroom are well designed and decorated. The apartment was spotless. Orange juice was provided, also a nice gift to take away. The owner of Villa Nautica is very nice, after a flight delay of 6 hours he personally picked us up from the airport. Best service ever and a lovely retreat in the middle of Split town centre!. Good location. The host introduced the attractions with details and prepared us small gifts. Before our arrival, the host also sent us directions so we could easily find the place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Though the hotel isn't easy to find, the lady came to pick us up and show us how to get free park. Very cozy room with comfort. Historic building with new facilities. Excellent clean room. Location was exellent 5 minutes by waling to historic places. The host was very kind. Lovely room in a perfect location, complimentary drinks and gifts awaited us. Character building tastefully renovated and decor. - Good location - Nice clean and new rooms. Studio apartment was a little small, but that was to be expected. Shower did not have a lip or a back door to prevent water from spilling into the rest of the bathroom. Hot water ran out after only a short shower, so back-to-back showers weren't possible with a group of 2. We stayed in the studio apartment, which was advertised as a "studio with patio," but the patio appeared to be a communal patio at the entrance of the villa - not a private patio. (Not a big deal for us - but good to know). Not enough hot water for us all to have a shower in a well designed bathroom... The only negative was that the hot water didn't last long enough to have a shower. It was a shame as the bathroom was fab. Apartment is small and, although there is a fridge, there is not enough cutlery or plates for any kind of meal, not even breakfast. If only the room could be larger. Parking is a bit difficult. be aware that the internal staircase is extremely steep and narrow, not easy to navigate even with handluggage only. book a lower floor room if you have luggage. not enough hot water. Noisy & difficult doors to close, car parking was a ten minute walk away. Everything was great.
