Everything. Owner met us at the bus station, helped with our bags and even left us a mobile with his number programmed in case he could help us with anything. Fruit and drinks complimentary in room. Highly recommend

It's right in the center of the old town. The owners, Davin and Ivan were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, very clean and cozy place ! The owner was extremely frieindly and helpful ! My room had all the extra touches....complimentary water, fruit and chocolate ! A fantastic place to stay in Split!

I have travelled for 25 years for both business and pleasure and have never had such amazing service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in split. The location was great and while it wasn't a luxury hotel, the service was well beyond a 5 star hotel.

An excellent location coupled with exceptional customer service as soon as we made the booking. The communication and support for airport & destination transport post arrival made travelling in and around Split a breeze. Our host Ivan, was absolutely charming & exceedingly helpful. A nice touch, a mobile phone which enabled a direct contact to Ivan, and complimentary beer & water in the fridge. The accommodation was clean & thoughtfully decorated with simplicity in mind. Prior Suites is an excellent accommodation choice for Split, but what really makes it outstanding is Ivan & his impeccable customer service.

Lovely place, excellent location in the heart of the beautiful old town of Split. Ivan was so helpful right from the start, organising our taxi transfer from the airport, meeting us in town to bring us to the hotel, showing us around and providing advice and help wherever we needed it. We liked that he provided a phone and could reach him anytime if we needed. The restaurant where breakfast is provided is a few minutes walk away and was also very good and with friendly people. We will come back!

Location is more than excellent - you step outside and are right in the middle of the lively old part of split, Ferry docks in walking distance for exploring the islands as well as local markets. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice.

The breakfast is not really what you expect in a 4 star Hotel - bad service, only few choices, and of very basic quality.

The absolute best service you could get. It is just minutes away from everything, in the complete city center. A bit early check out time, but you could leave your bags in the room until pickup. This really is the best choise in Split!

The host Davor could not have been more helpful. He picked us up from the car hire and took us and our luggage to the suite. The restaurant he recommended was great, and breakfast was provided at another restaurant. The next morning he escorted us to our cruise ship. What more could we ask?
