  Excellent family run hotel. Clean and friendly. Weather was very cold so electric heaters were supplied in room without asking. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Initially I had poor WiFi but immediately my room was changed to give me full five bars WiFi signal. It is located in the centre of Pula but behind the main drag, looked after me as a guest not a tourist, with a comfortable little room and a nice simple breakfast. No issues at all.

  We were the very first guests and everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Portarata (the golden gate), but there's absolutely no noise to be heard, even though lively cafes are just around the corner. The apartment is well equipped. I didn't cook but I checked the kitchen drawers just out of curiosity and they... what people say » thought of everything. The hosts were friendly and obliging and helped us on several occasions (finding a parking spot, recommendations etc.) We were - Close proximity to transport links, endless places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Facilities were good, had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, air con. Landlord sorted out a problem with the drain in the first apt, moved us to another, no fuss. Helped with free parking nearby.

  We absolutely loved the Apartman Nova Verud. The owner is a really helpful, wonderful Croatian lady. There are only a few apartments in the building, so no ine bothers each other. We.stayed for 6 nights and didn't want to come back home :) - clean, 1 mints walking bus station

  The recently renovated hotel is very smart and clean. Our room was a somewhat small, but comfortable for our stay. We had a room on the first floor with nice view of the harbour. The shower is fabulous. The in house resturant was a good value and food is excellent. The hotel staff were mostly friendly, and helpfull. The room we had was a bit small, but still we think it was good value for the money we paid. The resepsjonist was also very nice and helped us with all the information we needed.   Staff where so helpfull, hotel was magnificent, clean and with some re decoration would be 5 star. We arrived 7 am and though check in should have been 2pm, we where so greatful to be given access to our room 9 am- most helpful to us. - Close to town. Pleasant outlook with a nice sea view.   The owners are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use their washing machine. Good Wifi access for free. Very clean apartment. We could eat outside which was really nice. - The hosts were wonderful, Friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The place was very clean and very spacious (for the money). From those perspectives a great value!
