  Everything! The hotel is immaculate, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms with attention to detail at every chance. Its very sytlish and modern but in keeping with the look and feel of the City. The food was the best that we had in Zadar and the cakes were amazing. The breakfast was the best selection that I've experienced with homemade bread and c... what people say » roissants. The staff spoke brilliant english and they helped with choosing and recommending food and wine which all was so delicious. I would highly - Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

  Extremely comfortable stay, staff were attentive and polite. We were a young couple extremely happy with the hotel but we do feel the location was more suited for a couple with children.   Praticallly everything. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and have great sea views. The beds were very cosy. The staff were helpful and the facilities especially the pool and bed bar were great. - Great location and atmosphere.

  The apartment is right in the centre of the old town which is by far the place to stay if your visiting zadar. For anyone who hasn't been the old town is seaway to get around, you can walk round the whole thing in half an hour, but there is till loads to do. So ,icy to see, places to eat and drink...you could send all week in the old town and not... what people say » be bored. Ivan (who owns the apartment) and his family are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. He made our stay so much better as told us wer - Our experience with Downtown Accomodations was fantastic from start to finish. Ivan contacted us prior to our travel to coordinate our arrival including picking us up at the airport. He was a fantastic host giving us an overview of the city, sites and suggestions on restaurants and bars. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The homemade brandy was quite a nice treat. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is spacious. The AC worked well. The location is perfect. Right in

  Far exceeded all my expectations and I am already planning to return. It was just right for my family and me but next time I'll take only my wife. Highly recommend this place to any first time or most savvy and experienced travelers to Zadar. As this place is associated with dental tourism, Roko can help coordinate dental work (boat rides, too!) ... what people say » as well as a concierge at any 5 star hotel, but there's absolutely no pressure to have any such work done. Brilliant, brand new layout and great low t - Rocco who looked after us was fantastic, told us all about Zadar and the best places to go. Even picked us up and took us to the airport when we were leaving. Apartment was brilliant, really clean and modern and couldn't have asked for anything better! Also in the perfect location in Zadar's old town, super easy to get everywhere.
