This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .

the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

People in the hotel are very friendly and helpfull. They take time to discuss with you and give you some advice. We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

We stayed for three days in the beginning of October 2013. The weather was really bad so we didnt use the outside pool or the close beach/water. We did though enjoy the room with jacuzzi, sofa-group and wide-screen TV. Evenings we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy the great courses (can really recommend the filet mignon w. truffles and the macaroni), and every morning we had one of the best breakfasts ive ever had; Eggs Benedict with local smoked ham and salmon. In all our travels in Europe over the last 20 years this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Hotel Luxe is really close to the port and the old town centre. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Would certainly stay again given the chance.
