  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   Our stay started with an extremely warm welcome from Branco and his lovely niece Marina. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. We had in read previous posts that the room could be cold in cooler months. We visited in October with fairly cool temperatures and were completely comfortable. One thing we particularly appreci... what people say » ated was the patio and garden off the back of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be an excellent value. - We loved the setting. A small castle like building on the top of a hill with a small settlement surrounding it. Awesome! We had a nice room, it was a little dark, but not a problem, open the doors and windows. The settlement of Groznjan was fun to be in and walk around. Not a long drive to the Sea and other surrounding villages. Highly recommended to go off the beaten track and stay here.

  The owner is very nice and kind, he let us check-in 4 hours before the time expected. The apartment is right in the centre of Rovinj, next to shops, art galleries, cafès, restaurants and it takes only a 5 minutes walk to reach the nearest beach. Valdibora car parking is also a 5 minutes'walk away. I would definitely recommend them to future visitors to the lovely town of Rovinj.

  The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!

  This was a wonderful find! We stayed three days and used it as a base to explore surrounding area. Owner very friendly and helpful, room clean airy and patio perfect for relaxing after busy day. Bike rentals very handy.   The owners were wonderful people. They went out of the way to make this a fantastic trip. He helped us get a ride into town and back again for a super low price. Ordered pizza for us when we arrived in the late evening and gave us a glass of wine the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious. The welcomed us with a nice glass of wine and sent us off with a nice gift as well. The apartment had a fantastic view of the ocean and the breeze sitting on the terrace was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent and there are many nice restaurants in Rovinj. The beach was a 5 min walk and it is not overly crowded (we visited in mid July).
