Very nice design (e.g. lounge, pool). very good value for money. appartment was just fine for us, family with two sons - large enought (55 sqm). nice balcony. staff: almost all of them very friendly, just good. good food in the restaurant (we had dinner once). perfect italian espresso. pool is smal... what people say » l but our kids loved it (6 and 8 years). - Clean, comfortable, cozy apartment. Large balcony with stunning views of the yacht club. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, recreation and bar, all perfectly clean, practical. Lovely restaurant, the best in Verudela, excellent cuisine. Friendly staff, excellent room services. Clean sea, beautiful coast, silence.

  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view). Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment.   The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it. The apartment was really nice and quiet with a small terrace, the bed big and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. - Clean and everything in order.   Location is good with all the necessary stores close by. The place is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. If not for his kindness, we would ... what people say » surely have had to miss the bus which we have already bought tickets for. The owner also offers free bicycle rentals. I would surely stay at his place - 1St timers to Croatia, great place to start our trip. Friendly host, location near the sea and great walking tracks into the old town along the coast. The apartment was spacious enough for us and had a small balcony. We cooked and the facilities were adequate, perfect for a 2 night stay. A supermarket is around the corner which was an added bonus. Its about a 15-20 min walk into the old town by road and bus station.
